Business Center Monthly Membership Options
A one-time activation fee of $35 is added at sign-up.*
Option - 1 $250.00 *Monthly Membership with Virtual Office* - (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM) This option keeps your daily membership access active to allow the use of the business center and amenities. Up to (2) accompanying guests are permitted access per member. The virtual office allows members of this option the use of the business center as their business mailing office address. The use of the meeting rooms is available to rent at members' rates depending on the availability.
Option -2 $200.00 Regular Monthly Membership - (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
This option keeps your daily membership access active to allow the use of the business center and amenities. Up to (2) accompanying guests are permitted access per member. The use of the meeting rooms is available to rent at the member's rate pending availability.
$65 Individual Drop-In Rate for the day: (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

We have (3) rental room space options, pending availability from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Meeting Room Capacity and Hourly Rates
Medium Capacity Room Only - 2-12 person
Small Capacity Room Only 2-5 person
$55 per hour - Member/ Nonprofit Rate
$65 per hour for non-members
Small Event Venue Rental and Hourly Rates
Entire Venue Use: Up to 35 persons
$55 per hour - Member / Nonprofit Rate
$65 per hour- Non-Member Rate
*The first hour of rental is required to secure the venue date and is non-refundable if canceled.
