Anger Management Class
Put a stop to impulsive behavior.
This 12-hour program is an evidence-based curriculum with the primary objective of clarifying the individual’s response to anger by motivating them to identify risk factors of anger and to provide alternative choices. .
Participants can participate in individual or group settings to learn about:
• Coping Skills, Healthy Alternatives, and Conflict Resolution.
• Increased Self Control and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Anger Management Concepts and Solutions for Controlling Anger
Participants will receive a certificate after successful completion of 12 sessions.
Anger Management classes are provided in a group format
Private classes are available at an increased individual counseling rate.

Codependency Class
Coping With Codependent Relationships
This class is designed to help in the process of understanding and coping with problem relationships. The 6- 2 hour sessions program is evidence-based and is only the beginning step in dealing with codependency. Not everything in the curriculum workbook is shared in the group. It is best if participants in the group also have supplemental individual counseling that continues after the class is completed. The model used in this class curriculum follows the MRT format.

Progressive Parenting Training
Progressive Parenting Class
This class is ideal for clients that are parents in any type of treatment. The co-ed cognitive behavioral curriculum is designed specifically for male or female offenders and anyone in need of progressive parenting skills with children ages 8-18 years of age and older. This 6-2 hours session program is an evidence-based curriculum and is designed to help participants develop parenting skills and assess values related to family issues and relationships. With this class participants will be able to identify abusive patterns in themselves and others and how to safeguard and prevent abuse in their relationships.
