Meet the founder-Gwen McLeod
Gwen is a business-savvy entrepreneur and owner of Successful Solution's multiservice business center which provides services nationwide and, on the Treasure Coast, including Staffing and Recruiting, Background Checks, Live-scan Fingerprinting, Notary Services, and more. Mrs. McLeod obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Barry University and has over 25 years combined experience working in social service, education and business management professions.
Gwen has presented professional trainings nationwide to various business and civic organizations, including Walmart Distribution Centers, Soroptmist, and Boys and Girls Clubs. Mrs. McLeod's phenomenal leadership skills have provided her opportunities to shine over the years while serving on boards of directors for organizations including the Woman's Club of Fort Pierce as a Vice President, and as the 19th Judicial Circut Faith Representative. Gwen currently serves on the advisory board with the St . Lucie County Department of Juvenile Justice and the 19th Judicial Circuit Victims RIght Coalition.
